TUITION AS OF JUNE 1ST 2023
2023 TUITION
FLAT RATE TUITION
All lessons are weekly and ongoing.
No sign up fees, no withdrawal fees, no late fees.
OPTIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS
Flat Rate Tuition price is averaged over 49 weeks to reflect planned studio closures. The studio is closed for one week for Spring Break (March) and 2 weeks for the Winter Break (December). Flat rate tuition remains the same during these shorter months. This fee schedule leaves a minimum of 2-3 extra, no-cost lessons for students over the course of a year or making up for the occasional missed/cancelled lesson by a student. The only odd Holiday we credit your lessons for is Thanksgiving weekend (Thurs-Sat). We typically do not take other Federal/State/School Holidays off!
Tuition statements are typically sent out on the 1st of the month. If you are signed up with “auto-pay” through the online student portal, your tuition will pull from the account on file. You may also safely and securely save a card on file through your online student portal account to pay tuition at your convenience. We also take cash, check, or credit in person/dropbox/ or by mail. Tuition is due, in full, by month’s end.
CANCELLATIONS/WITHDRAWALS/MISSED LESSONS
- We do not offer make-up lessons. If you miss a lesson and your instructor is scheduled you will be billed.
- Should your teacher be absent you will not be charged for that lesson.
- If you need to cancel or miss a lesson please notify Corey (NOT your instructor) via phone or email. Instructors have no control over the calendar or your account.
- If you are withdrawing from lessons altogether a 7 day (1 week) notice is required. If withdrawal is after the 7 day grace period you will be charged for the final billable lesson. A “no call-no show” for your final lesson will result in a billable lesson.

COVID AND MASK POLICY
Face coverings/masks are now OPTIONAL in the studios and the common areas of the building. We follow similar standards and policies that Silver Falls School District uses when applicable, especially when concerning child safety. We regularly wipe down pianos, instruments, and door handles that students use in our studios. Please stay home if you are sick and keep your instruments clean. We can easily do a Zoom lesson if need be. We will continue to review this situation and our policies as the year goes on. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

- SIBLING DISCOUNT - $188 FOR TWO STUDENTS ENROLLED
- PRIVATE 1HR WEEKLY - $190 MONTHLY ($47.50 per lesson)
- WITH-A-PARTNER WEEKLY - $75 MONTHLY ($18.75 per lesson, per student)
- PRIVATE 45 MIN - $150
- GROUP CLASSES AND CAMPS - Tuition Varies
- ROCK BAND RATES WILL REMAIN AS WHAT A PRIVATE 1/2HR EQUALS - $100 1hr Class
- CURRENT DRAMA RATES WILL STAY THE SAME FOR THE 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR : )
